Shipping Time

It takes 3-4 days to process and dispatch your order. If it’s going to take longer due uncertain circumstances will inform you within 24 hours for the same. Will keep you update regarding the same. It usually takes 4-7 days to get it delivered by the courier company. So, you can expect your parcel to reach you within 7-15 days of placing your order.

Transport Risk

ethcoprints.com ships all parcels with fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If Courier Company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is all ours. But ethcoprints.com will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer's address by courier company or its agency.

 

Custom Duties & VAT or Tax

Please note that if there are any customs or duties applicable for the ordered items, it would be billed separately to the customer by the courier company at the time of delivery. Custom duties or any other tax applicable as per your country or government is not the part of your payment made to us. You will be charged separately by the courier company. The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on case to case basis. It’s completely your responsibility to make the payment for above charges at your end, if applicable.

 

Change in Shipping Details

Once an order is placed, you're not allowed to make any changes. Only address or contact number can be change upon request. It should be informed within 24 hours of order placement. You may send your request to ethco@ethcoprints.com and will try to get it done.
